Disney | A Wrinkle in Time

Disney, Young Storytellers and Tongal created a program called Warrior Stories, #BeAWarrior, leading up to the release of A Wrinkle in Time, Directed by Ava DuVernay. Young Storytellers awarded a group of young writers, ages 11-13, the opportunity to take part in a writer's workshop on the Disney lot where they were shown an advance screening of A Wrinkle in Time to provide inspiration to write a short story alongside a mentor. Tongal then paired each of the writer's stories with a professional filmmaker from its creative community who brought it to life for the big screen. The Warrior Stories premiered at The El Capitan Theater, just days before A Wrinkle in Time would premiere at the same theater. Andy was brought on to the project to create two videos as part of the project - a sizzle that kicked off the Warrior Stories premiere at the El Capitan theater and a behind the scenes video that captured the entire program.
